Abstract


Objectives: The purpose of this study was to confirm the opinions of dental personnel participating in the child?adolescent dental care service.

Methods: A survey was conducted to confirm the opinions on the program. The collected data were analyzed by chi-square test and one-way ANOVA using SPSS 25.0 statistical program.

Results: Dentists and dental hygienists evaluated sealant, scaling, and fluoride application as the most helpful services for students' oral health management. Through this project, they had made it easier and more detailed for the patient to understand the oral diseases and reflected patients opinions in treatment. Dental personnel evaluated that the business provides comprehensive services including prevention, treatment and management.

Conclusions: In the child?adolescent dental care service, dental personnel provided preventive services for student¡¯s oral health. Treatment and counseling behaviors changed to be patient-centered. In addition, they played of their role as a primary care provider.
